Who we are

This website is operated by Agentic Personality Pty Ltd, ABN 84 682 095 996 ("Agenticality", "we", "us"), based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through agenticality.com and its subdomains that link to this policy. Individual products operated by Agenticality (for example iFQ and MetaScan-D365) may have their own privacy policies; where they do, those policies apply to your use of those products.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, company, and message when you use our contact form; your email address when you subscribe to the Journal.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data (such as IP address and request logs) generated by our hosting infrastructure for security and operation of the site. We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) through this site, and we ask that you do not submit it.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to: respond to your inquiries; send the Journal to subscribers who asked for it; operate, secure, and improve the site; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Our commitment on AI training

Your data is yours. We do not use personal information collected through this site — your messages, your email address, your reading or listening activity — to train AI models, and we do not permit our service providers to do so on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, acting on our instructions: Lovable (site hosting and database infrastructure, which may process data on servers outside Australia, including the EU and US), Resend (transactional and Journal email delivery, US), and GoDaddy (domain registration and DNS, US). We may also disclose information where required by law. By submitting information through this site you consent to this overseas disclosure as contemplated by APP 8.

Email

Every Journal email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes immediately, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Contact-form acknowledgments are transactional, not marketing.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted transmission. Contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months and subscriber records until you unsubscribe, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@agenticality.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you may additionally have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including erasure and portability; we will honor verified requests. If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first; you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
